The DCPA Ethics Committee is presenting a series of workshops addressing the clinical, ethical, and risk management issues of integrating newer technologies into the practice of psychology.  We will present as our first workshop:

 

Using Skype in Your
Psychotherapy Practice:

Clinical Opportunities and Ethical Challenges

 


 

Learning Objectives: 

 

  • LO 1 -    Participants will explore the risks and benefits of on-line therapy.

  • LO 2 –   Participants will identify clinical opportunities and ethical challenges in the use of Skype as a modality for therapy. 

  • LO 3 –   Participants will explore clinical/ethical/risk management issues involved in the use of technology in the practice of psychotherapy.
